Yoga for Scoliosis

I have stopped my scoliosis treatment for more than half years, one reason is due to busy handling my part-time study and another reason is I am afraid to go through the painful treatment experience. Although my body started to immune with pain when the “sifu” push my bone, but if I can choose, I will try not to undergone the treatment.

For the one and half year’s treatment, I can proudly say that it does have improvement and when I thought this is the time I can stop the treatment process. Thing started to change. The sustainability is had to preserve. Look at my picture below:



I noticed that my right side body’s muscle is stronger and my left side muscle’s is weaker. The consequences, there is a concave shape at the left side of my body. I can feel that my right side body’s muscle keep pulling and this is where I need to strengthen my muscle at my left side before continuing back on my scoliosis treatment.

Therefore I decided to take a yoga class and I have started it for 2 weeks. I can see the improvement in my muscle for the stretching activities. The following picture showed the improvement for the 2 weeks hard work:

I will be going to finish my study soon and then I will started to take time to research on the scoliosis issues. I have to improve my scoliosis and help others to improve theirs as well.
